Capture photo opportunities of the skyline of New Orleans by walking the paved three & a half mile river path for jogging, biking or walking of Algiers Point or catch the ferry to downtown French Quarter.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling 60 days or longer before arrival: no fee is charged.
When cancelling a booking , at less than 60 days prior to arrival: one month's rental payment is forfeited by guest.
Deposit Policy
Booking policy:
To confirm your reservation, a one month amount will be charged to your credit card at time of booking after review plus any service fees such as departure cleaning fee.
At one week prior to each new month, the next monthly charge will be made for that next month and so on till all months are completed.
Any remaining days of less than a month will be charged at end of your stay at 1 week prior to due date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
