Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling 30 days or longer before arrival: no fee is charged.
Less than 30 days: $200
Deposit Policy
Booking policy:
To confirm your reservation, a one month amount will be charged to your credit card at time of booking after review plus any service fees (cleaning fee)
At one week prior to each new month, the next monthly charge will be made for that next month and so on till all months are completed.
Any remaining days of less than a month will be charged at end of your stay at 1 week prior to due date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

"Nicely Furnished!"
Stayed here for a month during Mardi Gras season due to work. Place was clean, nicely furnished, and check in/out was easy. Was also nice to be across the river from most of the parades that way I could go check them out when wanted or just avoid them all together.
