All three bedrooms boast black out curtains, California king beds a large flat screen TV with plenty of storage closet space. The master bedroom and an in-suite large shower plus a deep soaking tub and has it’s own walk-in closet. Hi-speed internet access and all linens provided. Washer and dryer closet complete the new appliances for extended stays. Large back yard with six foot wood fence adds privacy to the garden. Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood for walking to food drink and music. Check out the Old Gretna Farmer's market on Saturday mornings between 8 am and Noon. Enjoy live music at Gattuso's Neighborhood Restaurant on Huey P. Long Ave on Friday & Saturday night. Capture photo opportunities of the skyline of New Orleans by walking the paved three & a half mile river path for jogging, biking or walking to Algiers Point then catch the ferry to downtown French Quarter.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling 60 days or longer before arrival: no fee is charged.
When cancelling a booking , at less than 60 days prior to arrival: one month's rental payment is forfeited by guest.
Deposit Policy
Booking policy:
To confirm your reservation, a one month amount will be charged to your credit card at time of booking after review plus any service fees such as departure cleaning fee.
At one week prior to each new month, the next monthly charge will be made for that next month and so on till all months are completed.
Any remaining days of less than a month will be charged at end of your stay at 1 week prior to due date.
