Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICY: “What will I be charged when completing a reservation?” “When will I be charged for the balance?”

When booking a month or more, the first month’s rent will be charged plus departure cleaning fee & any extra services if ordered, at time of booking.

The next monthly charge will occur at one week prior the monthly due date and so on until all months are completed.

Any remaining days less than a month at end of the agreement will be charged in same fashion at end of your stay, at 1 week prior to due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling 60 days or longer before arrival: a 50% fee of one month’s rent is charged.
When booking less than one month in length and cancelling a reservation at 60 days or longer prior to arrival, 50% of that total reservation is charged as cancellation fee.

When cancelling a booking of 1 month or more in length, at less than 60 days prior to arrival: a one month rental fee is charged.
When cancelling a booking of less than one month in length, at less than 60 days prior to arrival:  100% of rental payment is forfeited by guest.
